**Summary**

The Customer Services Executive will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound post-sale customer communications, triaging and managing issues as they arise, and as outlined, but not limited to, the below. They will also play an active sales roleworking with the sales team to assist and advise customers using the website channel. The role will report to the Operations Manager, and work closely with the wider operations team and sales team on a daily basis.

**Key accountabilities**

**Collector Communications**
- Answering inquiries, locating information using Shopify and Cin7 to respond as needed, and in a timely manner in line with KPIs
- As needed, pro-actively contacting buyers post-sale to update them on the status of their orders using pre-written responses (in addition to automated communications)
- Respond all post-sale communications and issues, escalating when necessary to Operations Manager
- Work with the sales coordinator to advise customers using the website and Artsy sales channel
- Coordinate financed purchases with Own Art.

**Order Management and Administration**
- Administer refunds and discounting
- Provide weekly reporting on customer service issues
- Continuously interrogate customer service issues and suggest solutions and process improvements
- Assist Operations Manager with other tasks as required

**Framing Partner Coordination**
- Act as key point of contact for framers post-sale (with Operations Manager) and coordinate with them on post sale customer issues
- Place framing orders with framing partners on a daily basis, working closely with Operations Manager to ensure smooth delivery of artworks to framers

**Experience, skills and qualifications**
- Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work independently
- Experience within a retail sales, customer service or online retail role
- Beneficial
- An interest or previous experience in the art market
- Working knowledge of Shopify & CIN7
