Reed are currently working with a fantastic client based in Speke who are looking to recruit a part time Accounts Administrator to join their team.

The client with prefer to have someone with accounts experience but if you have a strong Admin background you may be considered.

**Duties**:

- Organising and maintaining customer supplier cards
- Performing credit checks on new customers and requesting references
- Receiving, checking and verifying supplier invoices and submitting on database for approval
- Analysing sales and purchasing transactions ensuring they comply with financial policies
- Check entry documents against invoices to ensure correct duty/tax is applied
- Data entry of invoices
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
