We are looking for a Team Administrator to be based in Manchester - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home (Fridays).

Purpose of Job:

- To provide full administrative support service to the Regional team.
- To assist the Regional Manager in a range of administrative functions and projectsrelating the department.

Duties and Responsibilties:

- To provide a professional reception service for visitors to the office.
- To provide full administrative support to members of the Regional team.
- To assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of IT and/or manualsolutions to aid the administration of the department.
- To maintain and update the departmental databases as and when required.
- To take meeting minutes and distribute.
- To assist, where appropriate, in making travel arrangements, including bookingflights, trains and accommodation on behalf of members of the team.
- To research and provide statistical information as and when directed by the Regional Manager or member of the senior management team.
- To participate in working parties as required by the Regional Manager and work within project teams as and when required.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual, who has strong administration experience.
- Experience of working within a corporate client services environment.
- Excellent IT skills to include all MS Office packages.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing to learn and progress
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and use initiative
- A well-presented and motivated individual who enjoys working independently and within a great team.
