The post-holder will work as part of a dynamic team supporting clinicians and team managers in the smooth running of the the Perinatal Trauma & Loss Service (PETALS) providing administrative support to the clinical team in relation to clinical correspondence and bookings.

The successful applicant will co-ordinate and facilitate the dissemination of information to and from the team and be required to deal efficiently, precisely, and courteously with telephone calls from service users as well as health care professionals.


The successful applicant will act as first contact to service users for the service as well play a key part in the referral process by logging and maintaining records of referrals and discharges for statistical purposes onto the Trusts Paris system in an accurate and timely manner.
