Are you a**Senior PA**lookingfor a new opportunity? I am working with **Greenwich Council (Office Based)**

**Rate - £20.67 per hour - Inside ir35**

**Work on site (Woolwich Centre, Woolwich) at least 4 days per week to ensure you are able to provide a high level of personable support to Director/Deputy Director**

**Skills & Experience**:

- Significant experience of supporting senior staff with day-to-day administrative support (diary management/correspondence management etc.) and support that enables them to focus on strategic priorities
- A demonstrable ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a new working environment - learning about the work of the directorate/organisation/the role of local authorities in the borough, and an ability to quickly build effective working relationships thathelp to support/contribute to the work of the Director/Deputy Director
- Experience of working in a local authority (desirable) - Experience of working to a high-level with technology in the workplace, identifying opportunities for its use to streamline processes/increase the effectiveness of senior staff, and an ability tocoach/guide senior staff to embed it into their day-to-day work practices
- Need to be able to operate calmly under pressure, be flexible, adaptive and responsive to the needs of the Director/Deputy Director.
