If so, our Operations and Improvement consultancy positions could be the right fit for you. We are actively seeking individuals at Consultant and Senior Consultant levels. In the UK, we closely collaborate with individual trusts, Integrated Care Systems, NHS England, and other ALBs. Our main areas of focus include:

  • Operational and financial productivity
  • Acute care collaboration
  • Organizational PMO design and deployment
  • System financial modeling

What we're looking for

We are in search of skilled individuals with expertise across healthcare financial and operational improvement encompassing a variety of clinical and non-clinical backgrounds.

We are seeking candidates with skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Core experience in implementing improvement in healthcare operational environments, from patient-facing roles to corporate and commercial roles.
  • Prior experience in executing large-scale Cost improvement/Productivity using project management principles.
  • Essential experience working within the Healthcare sector.
  • A history of achieving business benefits and enhanced outcomes in healthcare settings.
  • Experience in utilizing advanced techniques such as digital technologies, cost improvement, change management, operational risk management, and supply chain management.
  • The ability to exhibit leadership skills in large and diverse project teams.
  • Experience in collaborating with clinical and operational teams to deliver enhanced performance.
  • Confidence to engage with various levels of an organization, with the skill to influence senior stakeholders and navigate challenging conversations.
  • A flair for providing creative and resourceful solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience working/delivering in one of the following sub-sectors: Healthcare in public and private sectors DHSC, NHS Trusts, healthcare delivery providers (predominantly payers and/or providers)
  • The post holder is expected to work autonomously, fostering excellent relationships with stakeholders internally and externally, and delivering the highest customer service and business standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team-working skills; a natural integrator, adept at navigating system finance, care model design, governance, capacity and workforce modeling, clinical and operational excellence, and collaborating within wider teams.
  • A drive for personal and professional advancement.

Conducting workshops, presenting compelling, evidence-based insights, and aiding in managing complex and senior stakeholders.
