Are you passionate about delicious artisan food and drink? Come and join our friendly, hard-working Farm Shop team. We are looking for new members of the team to offer excellent customer service and showcase amazing local and Welsh produce.

**Key Duties**:

- Serve customers with confidence and in a friendly, conversational manner
- Respond directly to customers, delivering our award-winning level of customer service
- Ensure displays and housekeeping standards of the Farm Shop are kept to a very high standard
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness and a safe working environment in all areas
- To adhere to current E.H.O. legislation and recommendations
- Carry out general stock maintenance and receiving new deliveries
- Operating the till with confidence & accuracy The key duties list is not exhaustive we require you to be flexible and carry out tasks according to the requirements of the company

**Requirements**:

- Applicants should be pleasant and self-motivated.
- Availability to work most weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with the public.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues, management, and customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Well-presented appearance, reflecting the professional image of the garden centre.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential traits for this role.
- Willingness to perform manual tasks and engage in lifting when required.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a part-time role with weekend and bank holiday shifts.
- The role may involve lifting and manual work.
- Weekend work required on a rota basis.
