**Cantref Adventure Farm & Riding Centre** is seeking enthusiastic and experienced **Trekking Guides** to join our team. You'll be responsible for leading **20-minute, hour, half-day, and full-day** guided treks around our beautiful farm and into the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. You'll also deliver **Own a Pony days** and our exclusive **VIP Pamper Pony Experiences**, ensuring unforgettable memories for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead guided horse treks for all levels of experience, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants.
- Provide clear and concise instructions and safety briefings.
- Match horses to rider abilities and personalities.
- Maintain a clean and tidy yard environment and assist with general horse care duties.
- Deliver Own a Pony days and VIP Pamper Pony experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build rapport with guests and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Must be an experienced horse rider.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage riders of all ages and abilities.
- Has a strong understanding of horse welfare and safety procedures.
- Is physically fit and enjoys spending time outdoors.
- Is highly motivated, reliable, and a team player.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
