We are looking for a **Business Support Manager ** who wants to take advantage of an amazing opportunity and grow along with the company and team. In this role, you will be responsible to provide the overall supervision of the business to progress under the assistance of the decision-makers.

- Provide administrative and clerical support to the business team.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office. Plan work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Ensure that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports related to the material suppliers, logistics of construction projects, pending orders, summarising information about inventory, and identifying trends.
- Assist the company promoting our business as a support manager under the supervision of management.
- Keeping good connections with logistics companies, suppliers, and manufacturers of the products for smooth operations.
- Exceptional managerial expertise and skills with the resilience to stay calm and professional with customers.
- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure and to deadlines.
- An effective collaborator with an appreciation of teamwork and a can-do attitude.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel.

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
