**Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls on the telephone.
- Answer questions about company services and products.
- Resolve problems that customers are experiencing.
- Reply to questions and complaints in a polite and helpful manner.
- Gather information about customers' needs and preferences and communicate that information to other customers service representatives.
- Observe proper telephone technique.
- Gather information about customer complaints, concerns, and feedback. Communicate with customers over the telephone; provide information about products or services requested; document contact details; record problem details; update account records; and gather feedback on service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
