Office Administrator

Part Time 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday. Pay will be discussed at the interview.
Our small fast paced double glazing firm are looking for an administrator to join our team.
You will be working within a small hardworking team and if you are a hard worker with a can-do attitude, you will fit right in
Duties will be ensuring our customers are looked after from start to finish.
Booking in customers, answering the phones with good communicational skills.
Invoicing customers.
Inputting data onto the database.
Updating excel spreadsheets.
Assisting our order processor with quotations.
literature, posters and signs, updating the website and online profiles.
Skills Required
IT literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office ,word, outlook and Excel.
Good numeracy skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to identify and resolve issues.
Problem-solving skills, with the common sense to research and find the relevant information.
A motivated and positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity.
