**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate field staff in providing high-quality care to clients
- conduct spot checks with field care staff to ensure care delivery
- conduct client reviews to ensure care needs are met.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive to various locations to oversee operations and provide support
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting
- Provide leadership and guidance to field staff for optimal performance
- out of hours support via monthly rota.

**Skills**:

- Experience in dommicilary care or senior care settings
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
- Ability to drive and travel to different locations as needed
- Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans
- Prior experience in supervising staff in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with IT systems for data management and reporting
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide the team

Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required for this role due to field based requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
