We’re looking for a Junior Design Recruiter to join the Craft team.

**Location**: Remote/work from anywhere, with regular travel to our Manchester hub

**Salary**: £20,000 to 22,000 + uncapped commission

**The job - Junior Design Recruiter**
You find, attract and build relationships with talented designers, managing them throughout the recruitment process and supporting the wider team to successfully deliver recruitment projects and results for the business and the companies we recruit for.

To excel as a Junior Design Recruiter at Craft you’ll employ these attributes in abundance to get the job done:

**Our expectations**
To begin with, you’ll work closely with the current team to better understand our market, clients and the positions we recruit for.

We’ll provide all the training you need to get up to speed as well as provide you with a clear development plan to progress your career. Our goal is to have you manage recruitment projects in your own specialist area of design recruitment within the first year.

We’re looking to grow the Craft team with somebody driven, self-motivated and keen to learn. You’ll need to be a natural relationship builder, and have a commercial mindset, so you’re quick to spot an opportunity.

Obviously, a background or interest in the design industry will be useful, as you’ll be speaking to designers of all levels on a daily basis.
