Fantastic opportunity to work for a company who have some ambitious plans for the future, and in order to deliver, they are looking for an enthusiastic Engagement Team Coordinator to join their team to help them bring their vision to life.

This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis with a view to an immediate start (after initial interviewing process).

The role is mostly home-based within a minimum of 1 day per week based in their Wakefield office.

Key responsibilities:

- To provide an efficient, top quality, client focused service to customers and potential customers.
- Take a lead role in supporting administration, activities in the wider team
- Proactive in all aspects of business development promoting the whole Company Group
- Updating CRM system and website with correct live information on an ongoing basis
- Manager internal and external relationships
- Management of support and programmes, booking of venues, issuing joining instructions to delegates prior to delivery, keep accurate attendance records and any other associated tasks
- Issuing contacts for Clients and Associates
- Prepare branded materials when required
- Work alongside the marketing team to promote business development activity through marketing mailers and social media
- Generate reports and analyse customer feedback

Person spec:

- Experience in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint
- Knowledge of social media platforms especially LinkedIn and Twitter
- Knowledge of Adobe packages would be advantageous but not essential
- Organised and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good administrative skills and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
