The post-holder will provide an excellent client-focused service, acting as the first point of telephone contact for Cardiology services. Roles will include answering telephone calls and transferring clients to the appropriate teams, accepting deliveries of equipment and medications, managing the room booking system and post, alongside all other administration duties and tasks in the job description. They will provide an expert administration service to the Community cardiology service and to specific projects as required, producing reports and performing data quality checks as required.

As you will be supporting the team in an office based role working from home cannot be supported.
