Complex Care Administrator

Provide comprehensive administration for Continuing Care and Funded Nursing Care. Significant responsibility within the role is the maintenance and use of the National Complex Care Database and provide data extracts to support performance monitoring. Assist the Complex Care Specialist Nurses with all aspects of the Continuing NHS Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care ensuring all agreed policies and processes are followed.
Provide, receive and interpret complex sensitive information, which requires agreement or co-operation from individuals or their legal representative. The information requires initial analysis and triage to the most appropriate health professional. Significant responsibility will be in the production of clear and accurate reports, working closely with the Finance Team to organise and plan workload to ensure that all weekly and monthly deadlines and national standards and targets are adhered to.
Responsible for the administration of Continuing NHS Health Care and the Funded Nursing Care processing functions.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
