Summary
My high-profile Automotive client is looking for a Pre-Owned & Fleet Coordinator to join their team based in their Crewe offices on a hybrid basis (3 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.
As Pre-Owned & Fleet Coordinator you will be Responsible for coordination and delivery of the fleet car process in the UK region, including marketing, press, engineering and Board fleet. This involves preparing and agreeing car plans and specs with all users, delivering the plan in line with the requirements of the business including budget, quality and timings.
Responsibility for UK marketing fleet car coordination and logistics. Preparation sale and coordination of de-fleet auctions

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Plan, execute and develop fleet operations in line with regional and central requirements
Manage all fleet requirements for UK Region; obtain from all users their on-going requirements for fleets cars. Identify and resolve any conflicts regarding requirements, timings and costs. Maintain, develop and supervise the fleet operation

**Support delivery of these car plans by managing**:

- Ordering of fleet cars
- PDI & registration
- Logistics & Transport
- Prep for sale and rework
2. Order Fleet cars on BOOM System
Working with the fleet users, the UK Used Car Manager and the UK Product Manager to ensure all fleet orders are submitted in line with the timing of the project or order schedule
Agreeing optimum specifications to maximise features and residual values
3. Manage vehicle preparation pre use and rework post use
Organise PDI and vehicle registration for fleet vehicles
Work closely with production and press & special to ensure cars are delivered in line with the agreed timings. Where timings are at risk develop cross functional action plans to mitigate risks and obtain agreement from all users to any changes in the car plans.
Working with the relevant internal and external suppliers to manage cars through the re-work and prep for sale process, ensuring cars are prepared to the used car wholesale standards in order to maximise sale revenues.
4. Transport arrangements for outbound and inbound logistics
Manage transport of fleet cars for use at various events and business usages worldwide
Work with external suppliers to obtain the best price and delivery route that is cost effective for the business.
Manage the fleet usage within region to ensure cars are returned in line with the car plan to ensure de-fleet (i.e. sale) can be achieved in line with plans
5. Preparation and coordination of de-fleet process
Continuous monitoring of fleet car usage including mileage
Full photography of all fleet cars
Preparation and coordination of used car auctions
6. Continuous Improvement of the Fleet Process
Continuingly develop the fleet process to improve efficiencies and effectiveness to deliver a high quality process that delivers both reduced costs and increased revenues
