Do you have Senior Accountancy experience, and are you seeking a new job in Guernsey? Apex Group is looking for a full-time Vice President Accountant, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-performing team and will be expected to build and sustain excellent client relationships.
As a Vice President, you will be expected to build and sustain excellent client relationships and help achieve our mission of delivering excellent client service. Please note that this position requires the ability to reflect and review actions.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Take responsibility for the quality of the team's output
- Work with other Team Managers and the Senior Team to achieve all service delivery objectives, whether internal or external
- Prepare and review management, interim and audited accounts for all the section's clients
- Oversee the planning of annual audits and liaise with clients to establish timetables for receiving valuations and advisers reports and other relevant information
- Review work performed by members of the team and provide regular feedback and training.
- A confident manner and ability to use appropriate communication styles with your clients
- An ability to work under pressure
- Excellent IT skills
- You'll possess personal qualities of integrity and discretion.
