Are you a dedicated and passionate childcare professional looking to join our friendly and diverse team? We are seeking individuals with a Level 3 qualification or higher to become part of our nurturing and creative environment. At our nursery, we prioritize high-quality childcare and aim to make a positive impact on children and families during their early years.

**Why Choose Us**:

- **Inspired Approach**: We draw inspiration from Reggio and outdoor learning, providing a child-focused, nurturing, and creative environment that ensures every day is exciting and enriching for all.
- **Key Worker Support**: Recognizing the importance of the key worker role, we offer extensive resources, facilities, training and technology to support your work with the children.
- **Professional Development**: Our dedicated team includes onsite Nursery Development and Quality Manager, Training Manager, and SENCO Manager who will provide guidance, support, and resources to help you grow in your role.
- **Exciting Adventures**: We offer local trips, including Forest/Beach School visits, outings to local senior centers, park adventures, and more. Our sensory room and outdoor classrooms provide additional resources for engaging experiences.
- **Training Opportunities**: We invest in your professional growth by supporting apprentice development up to level five qualification and offering a range of additional short courses.
- **Community-Centered**: As an independent early years center and Community Interest Company, we prioritize care and enjoyment over corporate profit. We create a warm, family-like atmosphere where children and staff truly matter.
- **Parent Appreciation**: Our recent parent survey reflects the genuine appreciation our efforts receive from families and children. We take pride in serving our local community and source our food from nearby farms, butchers, and fishmongers.

**Your Role**:

- **Child-Centered**: Understand and cater to the individual needs, passions, and achievements of your key children. Collaborate closely with parents and your colleagues across different rooms.
- **Intentional Practice**: Emphasize intentional practice over excessive planning, while maintaining a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a commitment to continuous learning.

**What We Offer**:

- **Supportive Onboarding**: Our supportive induction process ensures a smooth transition into your role.
- **Experienced Team**: Join a stable, experienced, and like-minded team that values peer support and guidance.
- **Well-being**: Benefit from regular well-being reviews, practitioner support in the rooms, and access to Bupa well-being support lines.
- **Team Development**: Participate in team development days and enjoy monthly retreats in Snowdonia to rejuvenate.
- **Wide ranging resources**: including sandpit, stage, water play areas, allotment, mud kitchen, art area, indoor climbing gyms, construction area, bike and trikes alongside our very own boat
