As an Adult Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting independence, and fostering a sense of community in our care homes.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of passionate professionals who share our vision for compassionate care. As an Adult Care Practitioner, you'll assist residents with daily tasks, promote independence, and work closely with our registered nurses to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

You'll also help to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, promoting dignity and respect for our residents.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in maths and English
  • Experience working in care or healthcare
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
