We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect. You will work closely with our team to understand individual health and wellbeing needs and support people to take part in social activities.
