Our client in the industrial sector is looking to recruit an experienced Group Talent Acquisition & HR Manager for a group of companies based near Stoke on Trent. The role will report directly into the Group Managing Director and is an office based role.The role is split approx. 75% recruitment and 25% HR.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build talent acquisition strategy with managers for the associated companies to predict current and future recruitment needs
- Implementing new processes to aid the recruitment function
- Support hiring managers to assess their talent needs against their growth plans
- Actively promote available roles via our approved partners (i.e., LinkedIn, Reed, social media etc.)
- Advise management from the different companies with generalist HR advice
- Provide guidance and support on ER and performance issues

**Person Specification**
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to adapt to constantly fluctuating targets and business needs, always maintaining a calm, considered approach
- Are an excellent and strong communicator
- Effective and strong organisation skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Previous HR & recruitment experience is essential.
- Stability within previous roles.

In return you will receive a salary between 60-80K (depending on experience) plus generous bonus.
