**Customer Care Administrator**:
- Permanent (Full time)
**Salary**: £19-£21k (DOE)
Our client based in **Loughton** are seeking a **Customer Care Administrator**to join their team on a **Permanent**basis. The successful individual will be providing administration support to the customer care team, dealing with enquires from customers & internal departments.
**Duties**:
- Review, filter and triage the department mailboxes
- Acknowledge and record complaints on CMS and Company Registers and request information from all parties in a timely, unbiased, and professional basis
- Progress all enquiries in the order dictated by priority workstream and date received or, at Customer Care Manager's direction
- Maintain full and accurate CMS records
- Remain aware of the requirement to protect customer data, work in a manner that ensures security of data and review your own actions to ensure data protection requirements are not breached.
**Experience Required**:
- IT Skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to plan and prioritise a variety of tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrable Administration experience
