**Requirements**:

- Strong written English language skills
- Willingness to learn in a quickly evolving environment
- Capable of managing multiple communication threads and multi-tasking
- Capable of performing to a high standard whilst under pressure and to short deadlines
- Good client service skills (including across internal teams) with the confidence to communicate at all levels
- The ability to give and receive constructive feedback, helping to improve the organisation’s overall knowledge and skills
- Flexibility in approach and management of a varying workload
- Ability to set, organise and run external meetings confidently. Presenting concepts, analytical output (network) and status updates
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail (bringing together information from multiple sources and conveying accurately)
- Maintaining a highly visible profile within AccessFintech (transparency, awareness, information sharing, information collation)

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Network Outreach Team at AccessFintech, you will support the Network Outreach program working with internal teams, Clients, Brokers and Custodians to oversee connectivity (not a technical role) and onboarding of data.

Your primary focus will be contributing to the day-to-day output of our Network Outreach team. We care about partnership, evolution, collaboration, and innovation, so encourage idea sharing and ongoing learning.

As we are a small team, your skills will be vital to promoting our services, growing our network connections and keeping us on track with deliverables. You will have the opportunity to directly influence our client facing network activities, working closely with both our Sales, Engagement and Professional Services teams.

Our team is based in the UK. However, we interact with internal teams and with clients globally, so you will be adept at communicating excellently using various channels including Slack, video calls etc

Alongside core day to day deliverables, you will have the opportunity to influence and support Network Growth.
- Work with clients to define and execute Network Outreach scope and strategies (inc. analysis of custodian and broker network requirements)
- Work with Brokers and Custodians to determine connectivity method, understand reporting capabilities, convey data reporting requirements, and instigate data flow
- Convey requirements and work in partnership with Professional Service / Delivery teams to onboard publishers to AFT network
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of client documents
- Manage accurate status tracking of activity and publisher profiles
- Creation and maintenance of KPI and Network Metrics
- Implement tools and process to support network outreach / growth process
- Work to expand Network process across all AFT product lines
- Provide external and internal network transparency
- Represent Network Outreach team and support Sales process
- Extract and relay value add network information to internal stakeholders and clients

Advantages:

- 3+ Years’ Experience working in the Finance sector
- Experience working with FinTechs and start ups
- Familiarity with bank operational processes and lifecycle events
- Experience producing KPIs and Metrics
- Pro-active / self-starter approach with ability to improve, evolve and implement new processes
- High degree of organisational skills
- Comfort conveying business and basic technical requirements (not a tech role)
- Ability to implement and improve best practice (scalable & repeatable process)
- Ability to understand, review and troubleshoot financial data sets
