**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have commenced our search for experienced Receptionoist's to join new property **Holiday Inn Blackpool.** Opening May 1st 2024, and reporting to the Front Office Manager. This brand-new four-star hotel is part of a wider regeneration project for Blackpool including retail units and improved public transport links, with a new tram terminal, all within the Talbot Gateway central business district. The property boasts 144 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms and well renowned restaurant Marco Pierre White New York Italian, with independent street access.

Duties and responsibilities for this amazing role includes the following:

- Managing guest expectations, and delivering guest satisfaction.
- Engage within a team to provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure all team responsibilities are completed to the required standards.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

To succeed in the role of Sales Marketing Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Excellent hotel sales experience within a similar property.
- Experience within a pre-opening property (preferred).
- A creative flair.
- Good experience of managing developing strong relationships with key clients.
- Prior experience of developing account leads, contracting accounts, RFP proposals and account management to increase production.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Blackpool market.
