As a Senior Associate of Business Management at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator business, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about new technology. By your nature, you are also solution-oriented, commercially savvy and have a head for fintech. **Job responsibilities**:

- Support the development, refinement, and socialization of our business strategy.
- Support regular reporting on strategy and performance to senior and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the business plan.
- Support budget and headcount management, including any related reporting.
- Support the vendor management processes.
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to strategic initiatives, presentation development, reporting, business analysis, and other projects.
- Build strong relationships & partner effectively with key stakeholders across various Lines of Business.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Experience in internal or corporate strategy and business case development.
- Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
- Able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior management.
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes and value-added activities.
- Actively hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a collaborative team player with the ability and experience of working across multiple functional and business groups.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, and superior analytical skills.
