Branch Administrator

A well established Estate Agency is looking to appoint an experienced administrator at their branch in Walsall.
The right applicant will be motivated and driven with excellent attention to detail and familiar with a fast paced working environment.
As an Administrator you will need to:
Provide exemplary customer service
Be personable and respectful at all times
Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively as part of a successful team
Your main duties will include:
Liaise with vendors to arrange take on appointments
Collate vendor documents for hard copy file and online file
Read listers on-site measurements and draw floorplans
Proofread property descriptions and write literature for property details
Raise invoices and chase payments as required
Support sales team with general enquiries as required
General office administration tasks
Be professional, alert, and enthusiastic
Be creative with excellent attention to detail
Be able to work well under pressure
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Be highly organised with excellent planning skills
Have strong spelling and grammar skills
Have competent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Word
