We're now on the lookout for new *female colleagues to complete our amazing #TeamCastlecraigs in** Ardrossan** on a permanent (16 hours per week) and relief basis.
**The Role**
You'll be joining a warm, friendly and passionate team who supports 13 individuals who have complex support needs. We have a great team spirit within the service and our colleagues really pride themselves on working together to make a positive difference to the lives of the individuals we support.
As a Support Practitioner, you'll provide personalised, flexible support based on the needs of each individual. You'll support the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, which includes cooking, meal plannning, household tasks, medication, finances, appointments and personal care. You'll also support with their hobbies and interests too.
You'll enable the people we support to live as independently as possible and assist them to play an active role within their local communities.
**About you**
You don't need experience to start your career with us, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. **We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too**

- Good communication skills
- A caring attitude and approach
- A positive approach to learning
- Confidence in the use of computers
**Shift Patterns**
We are dedicated to providing the best around the clock support possible, so shift patterns will include mornings, days and evenings. Weekends, public holidays and waking nights will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.
