**HOURS**:Full time, 35 hours per week

**Purpose of the Job**:

- To supervise, lead and support Volunteers, Peer Supporters and Group Worker delivering the Progression Pathways element of the Likewise contract.

Main Duties
- Support and formally supervise team members, Volunteers and Peer Supporters.
- Ensure the team are supported to follow procedures and protocols.
- To support the health and wellbeing of the team.
- To review and assess the needs of service users with an alcohol or drug problem within a variety of settings.
- To support service users to improve general health, including dietary needs, personal hygiene.
- To support service users to improve their social situation, including assistance with housing, benefits, accessing community services and budgeting.
- To work with service users to remove any structural and social barriers to accessing treatment services.
- To support individuals and families to access appropriate treatment and recovery services.
- Keep accurate and confidential records including supervision and training records.
- Produce relevant documents and reports in support of the role.
- Work with colleagues to develop and improve services delivered.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with other staff and partners.

Post Specific Duties - This post is focussed on leading a team that is:

- Delivering our Likewise contract Progression Pathways provision and supporting people who use this area of service.
- Running support and recovery groups for people who use our services.
- Support with the recruitment and induction of Progression Pathways Workers, Volunteers and Peer Supporters.
- In consultation with the Service Manager, contribute to the development and delivery of contract provision.
- Deliver an established group programme as part of the service model.
- Develop and deliver appropriate training for Volunteers and Peer Supporters.
- Promote Volunteering at Project 6 with partners and wider communities.
- Oversee implementation of the Progression Pathway part of the Likewise offer, including but not limited to:

- Mutual Aid group delivery
- Active Citizens
- Recovery Coaching
- Ambassadors Scheme
- Individual Placement Support
- 5 Way to Wellbeing activities
