Location: Mansfield
We have a great position with a highly successful company based in Nottinghamshire on a permanent basis. They are looing for a Complaints Administrator to complete the full investigation and resolution of consumer complaints, making decisions on whetherto uphold or reject the complaint based on evidence researched and presented.
This role of complaints administrator will involve:
- logging and documenting the complaints, investigation and resolution
- Communicate the outcome of the investigations
- Obtaining supporting information and witnessed statements concerning the complaints
- Liaising with key stakeholders in the business to identify root causes of complaints ensuring remedial action is taken where necessary
- Look for opportunities to identify on-going issues and eliminate repeat complaints in order to improve our overall customer experience
- Reporting issues and escalating complaints to Compliance Panel when necessary
- Carry out internal audits and quality control checks
- Experience handling complaints or compliance issues, as well as:
- Proficient in using all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong administration skills and ability to write reports on complaint outcomes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
