**Key Accountabilities**

We are looking for a Junior Designer to join the Sleep and Lounge team. You will design part of the range, create tech packs and support and assist the Designer in designing the total range. You will also develop your knowledge and skills within design and line management working towards the role of Designer.

**What you’ll do**

Your key accountabilities will include
- _Take full ownership of part of the range/category and design product under the direction of the Designer/Design Lead to meet key strategies and price points. _
- _Works with and supports Designer with the co-ordination of day-to-day activities and produces a high standard of CADs and tech packs via PLM, delivering a high hit rate._
- _Research global retail and trends. Identify and communicate key opportunities._
- _Collaborates with the Buying/Technical team to agree the range and create tech packs for these designs via PLM._
- _Works with and supports Designer with the co-ordination of day-to-day activities and produces a high standard of CADs and tech packs via PLM, delivering a high hit rate._

**Who you are**

Your skills and experience will include
- _Expert in the field of design with design experience within the retail or manufacturing industry_
- _Strong trend interpretation and knowledge of current competition and directional brands_
- _Strong understanding of fabric, fit and garment make up to ensure product integrity._
- _Experience in direct design sourced product, working with Technology/Design and Buying to create high standards of CAD and Tech packs_
- _High level of proficiency in design related CAD software to include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design_
