**What will I be doing?**
**Hours 12 pm - 8 pm Monday to Friday**
- Health and Safety is paramount, and you will role model and guide the team in the highest compliance, creating awareness, driving a H&S culture
- In line with the business plan allocate tasks to your team
- Ensuring safety at all times you will identify, resolve and/or escalate systems/workflow issues
- Monitor the team’s workload and achievement of deadlines
- Identify improvements/opportunities, that will actively drive the continuous improvement of the warehouse
- Ensure effective daily team briefs are delivered, including feedback on daily targets, results and other related data
- Recognise and celebrate success utilising the use of MSC recognition channels to increase engagement and embed successful behaviours
- Responsible for taking the initiative on personal development, both of themselves and their team
- Build collaborative relationships with both internal and external colleagues to ensure all operational demands are met
- Carry out other activities assigned by the Warehouse Team Manager or the Process Improvement Manager to meet warehouse requirements
