Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

Major Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Wednesbury. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of stock, inventory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing customer orders with precision and accuracy
  • Collaborating with delivery drivers to ensure timely and safe despatch of goods
  • Working closely with the export compliance team to ensure seamless export deliveries
  • Managing Finished Goods and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Providing cover at our locally based site as required
  • Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles as needed
  • Checking and putting away deliveries with attention to detail
  • Covering van driving duties as required
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid FLT licence and full, clean driving licence
