As part of our commitment to both patients and colleagues we are looking for a Business Administrator to join our wonderful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience join us.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- To ensure all billing is actioned promptly and accurately in line with Spire procedure identifying billing problems, placing billing alerts, suspending and clearing as required. To follow up on billing queries liaising with Central Finance as required.
- To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- To ensure all charging to patient accounts are completed in a timely manner within strict deadlines.
- To process all types of payments and refunds as required.
- To call off daily and monthly reports and action them accordingly to specified work instructions.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in an administration or finance based position.
- Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
- Must be a good communicator and have good computer literacy
- Someone who works well as part of a team
