**The Company**

We are a small, growing ACCA accountancy practice in Shoreham-by-Sea with an eco-friendly and highly tech savvy approach to our way of working. We like to think what sets us apart is providing a very personable approach in our work for every one of our clients so that they feel valued.

We act for a wide range of businesses and individuals in a variety of industries providing services such as company accounts, sole trade accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, VAT returns, CIS returns, payroll, and most importantly business advice.

**Job Summary**

You should be extremely organised and have great time management skills to meet given deadlines.

The role we’re offering is extremely varied and will include duties such as social media management and content creation, bookkeeping and general administrative jobs within the practice which will include jobs such as call handling and client onboarding.

Our company ethos centres around customer service and therefore you must be confident and personable. You must also be articulate with good verbal and written communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Content creation for and maintenance of our social media platforms
- Assisting with marketing and promoting the company
- Maintain and update clients bookkeeping using QuickBooks, Xero and Dext
- Preparing company documents for our clients
- Request and process various HMRC & Companies House forms
- Assisting with new client onboarding procedures
- Scan, file and log accounting documents
- Maintain and update our company website
- Handling inbound calls and general customer service

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram etc
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work to deadlines
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident phone manner
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Tech savvy and confident using new software
