Hopefully, you’re looking for a challenging and equally rewarding Business & Commercial Manager position, where you’ll enjoy your day-to-day projects and play a key part in the senior management team and the business's ongoing success.

With offices based just outside Hitchin, South Hertfordshire, this expanding financial services business would certainly like to meet you if you fit the above profile and feel you can offer them the commercial management and leadership skills they need.

As Business & Commercial Manager, reporting directly to the Chairman and heading up a team of advisors, planners, business developers, and administrators, your general remit will be to ensure the smooth operational running of the overall business and managesystems and processes accordingly.

More specific responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing the creation of technical operational procedures and templates etc.
- Managing training, performance, and development resources
- Overseeing HR management, undertaking role reviews, and recruitment
- Overseeing business development, marketing activities, and initiatives
- Reviewing the quality framework best practices and conducting client outcome reviews

With demonstrable, successful, people management experience and excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills, you’ll be a highly competent user of IT and MS Office packages. In such a role, you’ll also be naturally analytical, calm, and approachable,with the ability to lead and motivate others, while building strong internal and external business relationships.

On offer in return for your expertise is a basic starting salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, along with potential bonus, pension, 25 days holiday, plus statutory bank holidays, and flexible working. You’ll be a key and valued member of the senior team,sharing in the company’s continued success and growth.
