Management Trainee

**The Role**
Due to significant growth and future work, we’re seeking to recruit a Management Trainee, you will have a clear plan around your development and our established Management Trainee scheme has continually proven that developing our next generation of future leaders is imperative to our growth plans. Working closely with the National quality manager, this role as management Trainee responsibilities will include: - Working with senior managers across the business to develop policy and procedure and push business learning and innovations. - Supporting on the company wide internal and external audit programme. - Supporting and developing Fortem’s management system to ensure continuous improvement Fortem is looking for the right people to join as future leaders to support our ambitious growth plans.
**The Project**

**Essential and Desirable Criteria**
You will need have a genuine passion for Quality/ business improvement, be driven and a fantastic communicator with the ability to work within a fast
- paced exciting environment, which is ever-changing to market demands. You will be a natural influencer, one that always challenges the norm to drive through creative solutions and has the commerciality to ensure we are maximizing our business portfolio at all times.
