A global investment management company is currently seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their investment trusts team to based out of the London offices.
This role will work alongside the current company secretaries to provide 1st class support to the organisations listed investment trusts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the production of board papers ensuring they are properly collated and dispatched within agreed timescales
- Supporting the production of the annual report and accounts, half yearly reports and interim management statements to shareholders of the investment trusts
- Maintain the statutory records, registers and annual returns for the investment trusts including maintenance of the Blueprint database system
- Share the responsibility for making all stock exchange(s) announcements
- Assist with special ad hoc projects as directed by the Company Secretaries
This role is offering circa £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience plus a range of benefits.
