**Business Development Executive Apprentice**
Our client is changing the way UK businesses transact insurance and are currently looking for a Business Development Executive Apprentice to join their busy team
**Location**: Bank Station
**Salary**:£18,000 + Commission
**Hours of Work**:08:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
**Business Development Executive Apprentice Duties**:
- Introducing the products and services of Platinum Underwriting to Commercial Insurance brokers across the UK by telephone and mailshot.
- Telephone Appointment setting for a Commercial Underwriter to speak directly with a new broker introduction to discuss in detail what Platinum can and cannot write in respect of insurance products.
- Manage Data allocation and Prospect Diary CRM system.
- Obtain accurate broker information.
- Be aware of personal monthly, quarterly, and annual commission targets and embrace training and learning to enhance ability to achieve and exceed agreed targets.
- Aim is to be able with technical training provided be in a position to explain what the Platinum Underwriting appetite consists of and encourage new brokers to try their services for themselves.
- Embrace Continuing Professional Development and progress towards industry examinations culminating in ACII qualification.
**Business Development Executive Apprentice Requirements**:
- Previous outbound calling experience in essential and business to business experience is preferred however business to customer experience will be considered
- Be confident, tenacious with a desire to work hard and reap the benefits.
- Be interested in progressing within the company and studying for and achieving the industry qualifications.
