**Business Contribution**:
To support the facility production function through the real-time management of the ERP system master stock files.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement
- Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the ERP system master stock files.
- Responsible for accurate update BOMS.
- To construct new BOM’s in line with customer demand to ensure on time delivery.
- Ensure compliance to all system requirements (e.g., MRP actioning, etc.) - identify, remedy and report non-conformances to procedure.
- Ensure all routings are in line with current manufacturing principles.
- Ensure all cost files are accurate and up to date.
- To plan and coordinate the stock-checking programme in-line with the Company’s requirements.
- To participate in 6S activities.
- To support continuous improvement initiatives.
- To adhere to the Company’s Procedures in relation to the Quality Management and Environment Systems.

**Required Capabilities**:

- Experience in stock control/warehousing environment.
- Experience of machined components and final assembly processors.
- Experience in operating ERP systems.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
