You will support the Lead

  • Stock & Assets manager in ensuring the efficient running of the operations and assets department.

Responsibilities:

Management of 3rd party certification and inspections

Updating the system with equipment and maintenance records

General office administration and reporting

Processing stock disposal forms

Checking stock for other facilities, arrive the movement of stock where necessary.

Prepare and process paperwork to carry out Depot transfers.

Retrieve parts from Stores, ensuring all paperwork is present and correct to move the stock.

Ordering spare parts

Assisting with AFE process

Assisting with ad-hoc sales and stock checks

Assist with updating of spreadsheets.

Booking in supplier delivery notes, ensuring goods are allocated to the correct Depots.

Arranging Couriers to transport goods various Depots.

Assist with monthly stock evaluation reports.


Recording any works carried out on the rental fleet; labour and parts and any testing certification carried out and ensuring these are completed in a timely manner.

Update the Workshop repair record.

Complete Workshop job cards and ensure stock is allocated from inspHire.

Process all inspHire delivery notes.

Control of stock maintenance using operating systems, to include, deactivation, BER'd, lost or sold stock. Provision and allocation of new serial numbers for rental fleet across all facilities.

Managing and reporting utilization of stock across all facilities, ensuring the correct stock is in the correct location.

Answering incoming calls

Ad-hoc admin duties

Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement

q Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times.

To participate fully in Continuous Improvement (LEAD) activities where necessary and required.

Required Capabilities:

Strong interpersonal skills, working and communicating well with internal and external stakeholders.

Energetic and proactive initiator must present a professional and articulate manner.

Able to work to deadlines with excellent organizational skills.

Work well with mínimal supervision, self-disciplined and motivated.

Good basic educational background, with English and Maths GCSEs or equivalent as a minimum

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Flexibility to work outside your specific tasks.

Must be able to provide cover for other team members as and when required
