**Project Support Assistant (Part-time)**

**What we are looking for**

If you are organised, proactive, meticulous and a vibrant team player with 1 - 2 years

office environment experience, then we would love to hear from you.

**What you’ll be doing**:
We want you to enjoy your role, love coming to work each day and to always give your best. And, of course, a few other things including:

- Production of badges using our own easy to use software (training will be provided)
- Project administration
- Preparation of badges & quality control
- Collate consignments read for dispatch and creating delivery notes
- Organise collections and deliveries through selected carriers
- Counting stock in/out and to/from events and month end stock take
- Sourcing and purchasing of stock and external services
- Assisting with general enquiries within all departments
- Assisting with support mailboxes and helplines
- Assisting with any other duties assigned in/outside the projects remit

**What you’ll have**:

- GCSEs or above; minimum grade C / level 6 in English language and Maths
- 1-2 years office environment experience
- Customer focussed skills, flexibility and reliability

- Super organised with a great eye for detail

Hours of work: Wednesday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.30pm Friday 9.00 to 5.00pm (1 hour lunch)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13,728.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 per week
