**_ About You_**_:_
- _ At least 12 months experience in Charity Legacy or Estate Administration_
- _ Experience of working with a variety of specialist teams across an organisation_
- _ Able to manage key suppliers such as solicitors_
- _ Ability to work under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines and achieving solutions_

**_ About the Role:_**
- _ Managing all legacies St John Ambulance receives in line with policy and best practice._
- _ Ensure legacy income to St John Ambulance is protected and maximised_
- _ Managing third parties including solicitors and the supplier of the legacy database_
- _ Work closely with the Legacy Marketing Manager and Finance to deliver reporting of anticipated legacy income and to update on any changes or movement_
- _ Maintain and update records on First Class and Raiser’s Edge and work with the Database team on ensuring management information is accurate_
- _ Work closely with the Finance team to ensure records meet SORP requirements for accruals and there is a compliant audit trail for all legacies_
