This role focuses on being part of our _Support Department team._

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Support Agent** to join the existing team.

As part of the Support Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the voice directed workflow solutions provided by Korber.

From time to time your role will also involve testing, installing and training users on our software solutions. You will need to be flexible to travel occasionally to assist with ad hoc implementations which will require you to work at our customers’ sites for short periods. While this is a hybrid office-based role, the Support Department work on a rota basis to answer first line calls outside of standard office hours, for which there is an additional bonus.

**Your role in our team**
- Liaising with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues remotely
- Answering calls out of hours on a rota basis
- Working collaboratively with internal technical and project teams to solve customer issues
- Functional testing of our software solutions and installing systems at Head Office and at the customer’s site
- Creating high quality technical and end-user product documentation (e.g. updating customer user guides with software updates, customer SLAs)
- Training external or internal users of all levels to use our software and systems
- Provide IT technical support and assistance to group employees.

**Your skills**
- Proven technical skills and experience in a commercial environment (e.g. Microsoft Operating
- Systems, SQL databases, PC hardware, TCP/IP networking)
- Demonstrable experience & understanding of modern IT systems, configuration, set up (e.g. server knowledge & configuration)
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and confident to question
- Effective team worker and ability to deal and work with people of all levels
- Proactive with good problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills to meet set targets and deadlines Desirable
- Proven previous experience within a commercial IT helpdesk or IT support team environment governed by SLA agreements
- Experience of training, coaching or supervising users of IT systems
