**About the team**

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Clients & Markets, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

**About the role**
- In this newly created role, you will focus on building key relationships to act as a bridge between the business and the change delivery teams to understand change opportunities and navigate change processes.
- Engage with the business to discuss their change needs and to be a single point of contact for anything change related
- Share key information relating to the Mazars change portfolio to the business
- Support the business to navigate them through the change processes, meet the right teams and reach decisions regarding change efficiently
- To support with change governance activity such as gathering key performance data of change and production of standard reports
- To support the successful delivery of change by maintaining records of required change information, documentation, and governance.
- Support change adoption across business areas with continuous feedback, and change management activities

- Organised and good time management skills
- Good communication skills and able to build good relationships with stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast paced, agile environment
- Self-starter with a ‘can do' attitude and a drive to deliver
- Ability to learn and adopt new technology and processes
- Able to analyse information and solve problems
