Key Responsibilities or the role:

- Devises and implements the social media strategy for LKQ Euro Car Parts across our B2B and B2C channels to target customer at all stages of their purchasing life cycle
- Leads social strategy across Customer Marketing and oversees understanding and adherence with the strategy
- Lead the creative/content development of all social campaigns (theme, messaging, identity) in line with current brand guidelines
- Create and implement a customer social media programme, build a cross-platform engagement plan, writing and distributing content
- Work with the customer services team to oversee our customer voice on social channels, including support with managing and responding to issues/complaints
- Ensure a joined-up approach across organic and paid social media and utilising tools to deliver this
- Effectively work alongside several internal and external stakeholders including the wider European Marketing team to ensure customer communications are effectively implemented
- Co-ordinate and manage all content and posting to key social channels.
- Define KPIs for social activities and campaigns to evaluate and measure their impact including end to end reporting
- Supporting the Marketing Managers to ensure all campaigns and events are promoted accordingly

Key And Desired Skills
- Proven track record in leading and managing social
- Degree educated
- Experience managing paid ads across a number of platforms
- Experience in eCommerce and lead generation
- Experience using enterprise tools such as Facelift, Hootsuite, Sproutsocial
- A proven success growing social media accounts into established platforms
- Experience within a social media management role
- A retail background is desirable but not essential
- Creative, full of ideas, and eye for detail
- Strong hands-on social media/platform experience
- Good judgement and confident decision-maker
- Strong communications skills; selling an idea, internally and externally.
- Experience in B2C and B2B environments
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support the business messaging when required
