We’re seeking a dynamic out-the-box thinker to join our growing team to manage our marketing strategy to drive sales. Your key role will be to plan and execute campaigns to increase product exposure to our audience demograph.

You will join the team picking up 8 years of trading data and best practice and develop this for 2024 into the future. You will be on-the-ball with latest social media and internet trends as well as other advertising strategies to maximise return on investment.

You will manage a marketing budget of almost £500,000 a year ensuring all advertising campaigns are reviewed and optimised for best performance

Key responsibilities:
Plan, film and soft edit short reels relevant to the concepts and feed these into a planned schedule

Devise, test and deploy year round, product specific paid ad campaigns and monitor performance

Manage Meta paid advertising accounts to drive traffic clicks and conversions within metrics

Ensure all opportunities for marketing and sales are maximised and no opportunity is missed.

This role will require the right person to develop leadership skills to direct the office team to support online interaction via social media.

Be on the ball with upcoming trends and changes in user behaviour and changing platforms to ensure we continue to unlock both existing and new audiences

This is a flexible remote-hybrid role with some in person office time required. You will have access to our in house filming studios for content creation in Tamworth, Staffordshire. You may be required occasionally to travel UK wide to visit sites and locations as the business requires.

Drivers licence and own vehicle essential

Pay: £35,000.00-£48,000.00 per month
