We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company based in Spennymoor who specailise in manufacturing UPVC doors, windows, and garden rooms.

**We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work within a manufacturing environment.**

**Shift and Salary**:

- Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm
- Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
- £25,000 DOE (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Dealing with Sales and Customer Service Calls.
- Creating customer quotes from price matrix.
- General Office Admin including;
- Entering sales orders for our own customer and distributors
- Generating Transfer Notes for Stock
- Invoicing Customers
- Booking deliveries
- Booking in of Raw Materials
- Liaising with the factory on production status etc

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Good telephone manor and attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Experience of Sales Admin and Customer Service
- Able to work as part of a team in a varied office environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
