Job Introduction
The Contract Coordinator role is to assist the team in managing the allocation of staff for the business using the Staff Plan rostering programme. We currently have over 500 staff nationally, providing healthcare services to Police Forces and UK Border Force.

You will work alongside clinical managers in building and managing our rotas to work out who is where and how our workforce can be utilised most effectively.

This role is instrumental in the successful running of the business and you will need to be adaptable to change, fast thinking and have sound problem solving skills.

The role is full time, 08:00 - 17:00 one week and 09:00 - 18:00 second week, 1 hour lunch 40 hour week.

It is hybrid way of working, you will be required to work from home and in our Runcorn office.

Main Responsibilities
- Input staff personnel data including contracted hours and shift availability into the staff plan programme
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure the operational needs of the business are met, taking into c consideration sickness, annual leave, training and other factors which effect staff provision;
- You will also provide admin support to our Training & Development and Recruitment & HR Managers

You will need good communication skills to liaise with a range of people including staff, and be a motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as being part of a team. No experience is necessary, however, working in a fast paced environment and any experience of scheduling rotas would be preferable.
