We are seeking a **Children's Residential Support Worker** to work in an EBD home with potential education provision located Workington.

The company's ethos is to encourage young people in their positive and personal development through a community based approach offering excellent opportunities to enrich young people's lives in the arts, sports and culture.
- Hold a NVQ Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification
- Hold a full UK driving licence

Please note this position does require sleep-in, this position is a permenant 40 hour contract split over seven days.
